DJAA Baseball Action Shot Photos Order Form

INSTRUCTIONS:

Please ensure you have the number corresponding to the photos you would like to order. Scroll down, and you will see various packages from which you can choose. Once you select the amount of each package, hit the next button. 

You will then fill in the appropriate information.

The last bit of information you will have to input is very important. It consists, of your kid’s name, team name, and the number corresponding to the photos you’re purchasing. IMPORTANT: Without this information, I will not know which photos you have purchased.

Lastly, click next, and then select STRIPE. Do not select PAY LOCAL. When you select STRIPE, you will then be able to use your credit or debit card.

All orders are final.
